HOW WE WORK
THE PROJECT LIFECYCLE
We evaluate technical, environmental, commercial and financial considerations.
We develop the technical project and select the most appropriate technologies.
We structure project financing and identify investors and financial partners.
We coordinate construction, installation and commissioning.
We operate and maintain the infrastructure over the long term.
We use data and technology to continuously improve efficiency, reliability and service quality.
COMMERCIAL MODELS
We work with state governments, local authorities and public institutions to develop infrastructure through PPP models, concessions, management contracts and other forms of collaboration.
ITANI can develop and operate infrastructure for an agreed period before transferring the asset in accordance with the project’s terms.
Where appropriate, ITANI can develop, own and operate water infrastructure, providing services to users through long-term contracts.
Customers do not necessarily need to bear the entire upfront investment. ITANI can develop the infrastructure and provide water as a long-term service.
We develop dedicated water systems for industries, industrial parks, residential complexes, hotels, hospitals, universities, real estate developments and large commercial facilities.
GOVERNMENTS & COMMUNITIES
Working with Institutions. Serving Communities.
ITANI believes that sustainable water infrastructure requires collaboration between public institutions, private capital, technical partners and communities.
We work with:
Federal Government | State Governments | Local Authorities | Communities | Financial Institutions | Private Investors | Technology Partners
Our role may include project development, financial structuring, infrastructure delivery and long-term service management.
